Thus you’re caught in a vicious cycle of worry, anxiety, fear and stress. The only way to get out of this destructive cycle is to learn how to manage your mind.

In this workshop, you will gain the tools you need to live a worry, anxiety and stress-free life by learning how to keep your mind calm and composed, even in the most difficult situations.

Workshop Facilitator

Meredith Forder is the founding director of VIP–Vedanta Institute Perth. She is a philosopher and Self Management consultant, who has spent many years in India researching the ancient wisdom of Vedanta and how it benefits modern life and living.

Meredith offers the essence of Eastern philosophy to our Western society. Through her workshops she presents insights about our modern-day epidemics—stress, anxiety, fear, addictions and depression—and offers a refreshing way to overcome them.
