Today we live in a crazy-busy-always-switched-on world full of smart phones and constant connection. All this makes our lives unstable and chaotic. To help us gain stability, peace of mind and composure we need to get off the merry-go-round of perpetual doubt and distraction and onto the solid ground of silent contemplation and wise discernment.

To help us achieve this, we need to find a quiet time and a quiet place. The 3 Yogas Retreat provides this unique opportunity.

The 3 yogas are:

  • Karma Yoga: the path of action—selfless service.
  • Bhakti Yoga: the path of devotion—selfless love.
  • Gnana Yoga: the path of knowledge—wisdom.

By putting the 3 yogas into practice, you become reflective, contemplative, meditative. You become wise in your decisions and actions. Retreat Facilitators

  • Meredith Forder

    Meredith Forder is a philosopher, Self Management consultant and Happiness expert, who presents insights about our modern-day epidemics — stress, anxiety, fear, addictions, divorce and depression — and provides a refreshing way to overcome them. A graduate of the Vedanta Academy in India and senior student of world-renowned spiritual master, Swami Parthasarathy, Meredith offers the essence of Eastern philosophy to our Western society, bringing a balance between outer success and inner peace of mind.

  • Rachel Mooris

    Rachel Mooris is a qualified yoga teacher and holistic massage therapist, whose interest in yoga philosophy has taken her to India, where she studied Vedanta at the Vedanta Academy, under Swami Parthasarathy. Rachel has since completed her teacher training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga and is currently training to be a Yoga therapist. Her work has taken her around the world, where she has worked in dayspas, resorts and on cruise ships.
