We all want to live an unbound life. To be liberated and to be free. Yet paradoxically we all want to be loved — and to love in return. It can be these longings that lead to attachment, to cling, which inevitably causes suffering.
At the Love & Relationships Yoga Retreat you will learn how to love without attachment. Non-attachment is often misunderstood as a loveless and joyless quality. However, nothing could be further from the truth. It is a beautiful quality, full of peace, harmony and contentment.
Join us for this unique one-day urban yoga retreat, at the beautifully scenic Heathcote, in Applecross, and learn how to find peace, love and harmony in all relationships.

A former academic and teacher at university, Sylvia renounced the text books for a yoga mat in search for greater balance in her life, after struggles with anxiety and stress. Her yoga journey took her to India, where she completed her teacher training in the Himalayas. Her teaching focuses on bringing balance and harmony through both holistic and slow asana and pranayama, infused with yoga philosophy and emotional wellbeing.
